Questions

When will they get their card?

Digital cards are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment and complete order details. For mailed cards, you get the song link and PDF within 24 hours, and I mail the printed card within 3 business days after you approve it.

Can I see the card before I pay?

Yes. You can choose a design, write your message, and preview the whole card for free. The original song is written and recorded after payment.

How does the QR code work?

They point their phone camera at the code inside the card and their song opens. No app, no account, no login. The PDF and delivery email also include a tap-to-play link.

What if they can't scan a QR code?

That's fine. Every card comes with a simple link you can text or email them, or play for them yourself during a visit.

Can I add a photo?

Not yet. Right now there are six designs made just for get well wishes. Photo cards are coming later.

What if I'm not happy with the song?

Every song is covered by my Personal Happiness Guarantee. Tell me what isn't right and I'll make it right.
